No Game Sound Headphones Only

Ok, so I can’t seem to figure this out and so now I’m asking for some help. My gf and I both play on Windows PC’s. We both have Logitech G935 wireless headsets. Recently she said she had no game sound in her headset. So here’s the bottom line.
Both headsets work perfectly on my computer. Both headsets work on her computer.
When she plays wow retail zero sound in headset from in game, but sound works perfectly on externals.
Perfect sound when she logs into beta! So everything works, but something is messed up with WoW retail and we cannot for the life of us get it to work. We have completely unistalled the game, addons, cache’s everything and the exact same thing persists. Please help. Here is the sound file from today.

What OS do u both have?

Hi Defiant

Right click on Windows sound down near clock with game running. Click on Open Volume Mixer - Is World of Warcraft showing - is it turned down or muted?

Next on the Windows sound click on Open Sound Settings. Experiment with settings found there.

We both use windows 10. I am on pro and she uses just normal home windows

I did not check the volume mixer to see if wow is muted or turned down. I will check that. I have already experimented with the windows settings. Such as allow programs to take exclusive access or spatial sounds and such.

Let us know how you make out there Defiant
