yea i notice since i been back i cant go into full screen because their isnt a options i updated all drivers and delete cache rename wtf.old had game on with no add ons all i got is windowed and windowed full screen in when i click slider it wont change resolution please help thanks!
Full screen doesn’t exist anymore. You get to use Windowed full screen now.
We’d need more information to troubleshoot why the resolution won’t change, like what resolution are you at, what’s your monitor support, what’s your video card, etc.

As Zungar pointed out the game doesn’t have the old “Fullscreen” option now. It is my understanding that Microsoft is phasing that out of existence.
You are stuck with Windowed Fullscreen or Windowed. If you are in Windowed Fullscreen the option to change resolution will not work. It will be locked to whatever the desktop resolution is set at.
One thing I might add - if you want to adjust the UI size go to the Menu > System > Advanced pane. Should be a slider to enable for UI size.
Windows DX12 version of DirectX does not support full screen mode so it was removed from games which use DirectX
