Yeah, that isn’t what I said. You tried to act like players suggesting that the WoW game developers make changes to the game was stupid and a “waste of time.” And I disagree. And I didn’t suggest I was going to quit wow over flying. Clearly I’m not going to. I just wish there was no flying in wrath of the lich king because the expansion would be sooo much better.
because it is a waste of time. theres always something for them to work on but because you dont enjoy flying you want to increase the workload by having them play with the code to remove flying and then code in various ways to get around zones designed with flying in mind while also fixing any and all bugs this creates. that seems like a waste of time to me. why break something that works fine. you dont want to fly so dont fly. i like flying and im looking forward to wrath classic and flying and enjoying the view and all the work the art department did. for me besides the convenience flying adds its only then im able to enjoy every zone and appreciate the work that went into it and not look at stuff as in the way

It isn’t hard to make areas a no-fly zone. You understand that there’s already a no-fly zone in northrend right? And that all of azeroth is already a no-fly zone? Stop trying to make up techno mumbojumbo to pretend that making a small change is some monumental task.

Yeah, by flying over it so you can get to your daily while the world is shrouded in grey mist known as draw distance.
This is such a cop-out. You people just throw this “argument” out so you can pretend like, flying, your most efficient form of traveling is some sacred thing that touched your heart and really MADE the WoW experience “magical” for you. And the only reason this is repeated so often is an obvious attempt to appeal to emotion and try to make it seem like removing flying is a horrible invalid proposition that will just DESTROY WoW for someone so pure-hearted such as you.
Flying is exactly the opposite of how you can appreciate the map the devs built for us. Flying is how you go over it and avoid. Going on the ground is how you explore every nook and cranny and actually interact with it and appreciate the trails and paths they made for you to get through it on the ground.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but calling someone “stupid”, or “unintelligent” or “childish” for not being able to understand your point is an insult. Regardless of how you view it, or try to spin it.

LOL. Except both of those examples were proceeded by an actual outcry. More people have issues with Racial abilities in classic versions of the game because certain classes can only be certain races on certain factions; and that number of people is exponentially higher than those who “don’t appreciate flying”.

im not even going to break down why your response to all this is dumb and wrong im just going to use your arguement against you. because me and people like me enjoy the zones more with flying they should keep flying and ignore your minority group crying about no flying. i hate every single zone until i can fly at which point i explore it. while im on the ground my only goal is to get from point a to b with the least amount of bs possible. when flying i just throw on auto fly to the direction and appreciate the scenery and if something looks cool i go and fly down to look at it. ats amazing how wrong you can be and still argue that your right.
