War Within - early access
I have leveled fishing from 1-256 and caught 2 fish outside of pools. After I hit 250, the number of fish increased from approximately 2 casts per skill-up to 8 to 10.
Anyone else concluding either there are no fish outside pools or there is an issue?

I just leveled to 300. According to my stats (no fishing before this expansion):
Fish and other things caught 680
Fish caught 32 (includes pools I fished)
Percentage of fish caught 4.8%
When I checked at approximately 290, I caught 20 fish in 587 casts, or approximately 3.4%.
Since you don’t need fishing skill to fish pools, save yourself time and don’t bother with fishing.
