I still have yet to receive mine as well.
I claimed mine at 10:30 pm on Monday and still nothing however, I got the kite two weeks ago no problems… Others in my guild received theirs as well. I have a ticket open w/ a screenshot and everything is on the up and up of my twitch account. I really hope they fix this as amongst others I will be very “irritated” at the very least. I opened up a twitch ticket to show them that Blizzard support tried to auto close the ticket on me after pointing me HERE (this is unacceptable). We followed their rules… still waiting.

I completed and claimed the Feldrake within 4 1/2 hours of the event and still no mount. I got both pets within 5 mins of claiming. I hope we still get this mount.

I sent in a ticket and received a response saying they know about it and are working on a fix for all the people that didn’t get the mount when they should have.
If you’re putting in a ticket include the screenshots of your connection pages, the twitch drop page where it’s ticked saying you claimed it, and the ingame mount list where you don’t have the mount

Where would I put my ticket under in support, would it be a technical issue or… idk?
I used the support button on the website and clicked through until I found somewhere I could actually type out the problem and add a screenshot, the ingame ticket system was sending me around in circles

I’ve tried making a ticket multiple times and it does’t save it as an open ticket. I have no idea what else to try. Annoyed with the whole process of now trying to make tickets to ask about something they know but don’t seem to be looking for a remedy.

still nothing and my ticket still says 13 days for average wait time. has blizz said anything or made a blue post about this?

There is one reply in one of the threads stating they are looking into it that is it though. There have been a few reply tweets from CS saying they are looking into it but that was a few days ago, and has been nothing since. 6 days here and nothing.

I was able to get Dragon Kite within 24 hours after claiming it and nothing changed between WOW and Twitch accounts. Still waiting on Fel Drake

6 days with no Feldrake to show for it. I claimed the drop on twitch, re-linked my accounts in case I had changed my password in the last month, and even tried logging in to both sites from a different browser in case the cache/cookies were to blame. Still nothing. The Dragon Kite pet arrived just fine, so why won’t this mount?

Same issue here. Got told to make a “Bug Report” Here (after the message full of useless links)… Clearly I’m not the only one. Just going to leave this here.

I submitted a ticket, giving evidence that I have not gotten the feldrake. It’s such a shame that blizz is completely ignoring the small amount of people who rightfully deserved the feldrake for watching twitch streamers. Makes me think they have no regards for their customers. Almost everyone has the mount now, might as well give it to those who can provide evidence of watching wow streams.

I managed to INSTANTLY claim the new Cenarian Hatchling pet and the Swift Windsteed via drops today. Nothing has changed regarding my twitch account or bnet. The connections have been the same for months.
Still don’t have the Fel Drake though despite it being claimed on twitch. It has to be an issue on Blizzard’s side. Would just love any blue response rather than waiting 2 weeks for another automated ticket reply.
