I’m sitting at now 24+ hours. I tried reconnecting, tried cleaning the caches, tried relogging and reloading my character. Twitch claims my account was connected when I redeemed it over 24 hours ago. ALL of my family have gotten it delivered in 10 min - 3 hours. I had watched from the beginning at 3pm til at least 7pm when it said to claim. I got the Kite Pet with no issues, I got the Ichabod pet with no issues… 
but dang… 24+ hours for the mount

I haven’t received my Fel Drake also its been over 48 hours for me and still nothing. kite pet took about 24 hours but this is getting me worried
I haven’t received mine either, its been over 48 hours, says I claimed it, and nothing. I had no issues when it came to the kite. I know people who got theirs pretty fast for the mount. It has me worried. I tried everything they said to do, and then some and still no mount.
so i had opened a ticket, got a response saying to check all of the things i told them i checked in the ticket. they also said that GM’s cant give out the twitch drop rewards since there is ‘no way to verify’ that i did it despite the fact that i have screenshots of the claimed reward page with my twitch profile being the same as the profile linked in my BNET acct. i sent a reply back saying that it has been over 72 hours now (they claimed that some have had to wait around 48hrs). So at this point im going to guess we wont be getting the mount 
Still waiting on mine as well since launch day. Sent a ticket in and got an automated response sent back and they marked it as resolved without actually doing anything. I’ll be so annoyed if I miss out on this due to a problem on their end.

3 days and still nothing, I saw they responded to a comment on a tweet saying they are investigating it but I do hope they keep us updated and really are looking into it, or do something for us who haven’t gotten it. Sucks to do something like this but the people who run into issues at no fault of their own can end up with nothing.

I haven’t received my Feldrake mount after 3 days either. Claimed it within the first 4 hours it was possible to claim the Feldrake while authentication servers were having issues. I’m wondering if that had something to do with it.

It’s beyond frustrating.
For anyone missing the mount does it even show in the mount list? (Like as an unlearned mount) If you know anyone who didn’t try to get it is it in the mount journal? I’m starting to think it doesn’t show in the journal because the game thinks it is there because it sent when servers were having issues and the coding thinks it is there.
3 days, nothing. Did everything and troubleshooting. It’s up to blizz to fix it.
Almost 4 days since claiming the feldrake on Twitch, still no mount in the journal.
Claiming the Kite pet went fine, nothing changed between that moment and claiming the feldrake. Yet here we are, and I’m not alone. Please fix the damn drops.

I am also having the same issue. I was able to receive the kite after claiming. I have not received the drake after claiming. it has been over 3 days or so. I opened a ticket w/ blizz and twitch. Twitch is pointing the finger and blizzard. I have not heard from Blizzard yet.
Still haven’t received my mount either. Following were steps I took:
Logged into Battle Net and connected Twitch account to Battle Net.
Confirmed connection to Battle Net on Twitch Connections.
Watched Asmongold for four hours.
Saw 100% drop progress, redeemed Feldrake drop in Drops & Inventory Twitch page.
Saw Feldrake move to Claimed, with a checkmark under the mount image, in Twitch Drops.
Hovering over the checkmark says ‘Game account connected.’
Check mount collection in game, no gift box.
I redeemed on Monday 10:17pm EST just shortly after the 4 hour mark when the drops went live.
it seems like a lot of us who didnt recieve the mount claimed them very close to as early as possible. my guess is they had some issues with the authentication when they had server issues, and now we get lost in the mix. still holding out hope for us though. i took screenshots of my twitch account showing my drops as claimed with my profile name in the picture, so it can be matched with the screenshot of the same profile name in my linked acct page on bnet.

I don’t know anyone who didn’t try for it but I know it does not show up in my mount list as uncollected (unlearned) it is just not there at all.
I am wondering this as well. I got mine as early as possible. I really do hope they get this sorted, because twitch is saying they sent the data so it’s on blizz, per the ticket response I got from their CS.
I too have been at the mercy of the will I get this or will I not drop situation. I made a ticket on day two once I claimed my feldrake while watching Maximum/Liquid player and claimed around 10ish or a little after. This leaving me with nothing more then to make a ticket that was answered a day or so after. Some folks I’ve heard are saying that this may have been due to server issues during the hours of the night, when there was constant server issues. I’m hoping this gets sorted out as I did contact twitch and blizz gm’s got back to me telling me there is an issue but to have patience on the drop. We’ll see.
