I have the same issue with my alts, blizzard get off your a$$es and fix this cr@p!!!
Getting real tired of dealing with all these bugged out quests and quest lines!!!

Yeah I am having the same issue! I tried everything that yall did and nothing!
Same thing, same issue I tried everything. To reaccepting the quest, uninstalling the game, repairing the game, removing addons. I’d wait until blizzard fixes this if they ever do. As, more and more are having this issue .

It’s the “Shores of fate” quest chain in the map room. So you have go watch that god awful dark shore scenario one more time.
Same here. Today I started the quest line with my rogue and ended up with no Fearbreaker on the wall. I did all what Blizzard told me and still no Fearbreaker on the wall…
Was gong to make a post but found this. and I also am staring at a blank wall with Andy and Magni. Was excited for my first alliance alt, now unable to play the character entirely since most of the max-level power is tied behind this quest.
edit: There is no option to watch any cutscene. I have accepted/abandoned/re-accepted everything in that room, watched everything, etc. There is actually nothing to click on except a chat bubble on Velen.
I am having this issue as well it also is preventing me from doing it on my alts! This is extremely frustrating.
