Cleared the whole place out and there were no quest mobs that are supposed to drop the quest item.
In there now and after 1st battery can’t pick up any others
Scrub that - you have to recharge each station before you can pick up another battery. ofc it doesnt actually tell you this ‘fact’
what do you mean, “recharge each station”? I killed 2 of the quest mobs and got 2 without moving. Sometimes i would kill many without getting any. Seems just random, but i always got all 4 needed once i got to the end of the delve. This was on 12 alts.
This is unrelated to the OP but, the first time I had this story, I was also confused because I was racing through without reading the quest instructions. There’s a song and dance to the batteries but at least they give us movement speed for it.
I think that is the actual delve quest today - not the belt upgrade. As for the quest drops I have had one character only get 3/4 after killing everything the rest did get it in one run. I think the OP may just need to try again. I have had the occasional delve that seem to start funny.

You had no orbs, golems, or sethrak mobs?
There were lightning puddles and titan mobs. I don’t recall if every variety was there was many definitely were. The console was there. I recall on another character that some of them should be highlighted, with the quest progress in the tooltip, but none were.
