Hello, I have the mobile authenticator linked to my account yet I still get told to sign up on the website when I click the green plus arrow. Any suggestions?

I've been told it takes a little bit if you've just added it. So I added mine while servers were down so I guess I'll wait a little bit.
Worth noting it also requires SMS Protect enabled as well as your authenticator. You can check this by logging on your account. If you click link below, then click Enable SMS Protect, then log in, it will say ACTIVE on your SMS protect. If you do not have it, you should see the option to enable.

I also did not have my extra slots until I checked, and I did not have SMS Protect enabled. Once I enabled it, I got my slots imediately after closing the game and logging back in.

I have a physical authenticator so I don't need to use my cellphone. This really makes me angry because I don't want them having my cell phone info or sending me messages on it. Next thing you know we'll all be getting calls from whatever business bought their mailing list.
Agreed. I have a flip phone just as a quarter in my pocket. Can't justify the expense of a new phone and new plan just for 4 slots. I would feel pretty bad tho if they actually offered a worthwhile reward.

Old authenticator and SMS enabled before the extra bags was offered. No extra slots :(
I just added an authenticator, and the new bag slots didn't appear after multiple times of logging in and out, restarting the launcher, and even rebooting the whole computer. But then I did a "/console reloadui" command, and the new bag slots appeared.
I just made this new char, and every single damn time i open my bags, i get the message to get the authenticator.
I DO NOT WANT your software nor the 4 slots bags. Is there anyway i can disable this damn message every time i open my bags? This is starting to piss me off now.
