The good ones don’t come out till a later patch. The regular ones should be available though.
I’ve checked all the engineering trainers. No goggles. Meaning the level 62 goggles that are upgraded later in sunwell.
Search them on wowhead to see if there’s a specific trainer or vendor that sells the recipe or trains it. Old WoW is finicky like that sometimes.
Already done all that or I wouldn’t be here. Area 52. SMV. Thrallmar. Even the goblin or gnome specialty engineers.
No goggles. The only new goggles I have are the ultra-spectropic which are…
Not relevant gear wise as far as professions go.
Is there a trainer near the eye dungeons in that little town there? Maybe it’s a bug or maybe they won’t be added till a later phase? What are they called? I’ll google too to see what I might be able to find.

Furious gizmatic goggles. Some people are saying they were added in BT phase, so maybe blizz is going to staggered release them with by, but…
I really wish they wouldn’t, so I’m try to call some attention to it.
Plenty of people took engineering just to have early goggles and we grind 50 skill and no goggles to be found.
If they came in 2.1 you’re not getting them till phase 3. Druid epic flight isn’t till then either.
They’ve already confirmed this, the epic goggles won’t be in the game til t5

Why do you think you deserve recipes that weren’t in the game until much later to be in now just because you didn’t actually research?
There’s 2 sets of epic goggles, one set that drops in Sunwell and another, that according to comments, were in at launch or close to.
The ones I linked were added in patch 2.1, so they probably will be a later phase (though with how they’ve been picking and choosing, they should be probably be out now)
Engineering
- 11 new epic goggles have been introduced at 350 engineering skill and are available from the trainer. They range from cloth to plate, and have a variety of stats to appeal to most talent specs.
Epic engineering goggles will become available from trainers with the Tier 5 phase.

Those googles should be available p3 with Black temple. That’s when they originally came out.

Sorry thought you said phase 5 not tier 5 which is phase 2
