Started a Earthen and noticed that the gear wasn’t in the transmog. How do you get it? I like the look.

Probably heritage armor you get via leveling up?
You get the xmog armors once you finish the intro quests and turn in the “talk to chromie” quest. Gives you like 4 sets (inclusing backpack and cog), and the weapons.

I didn’t do the cromie quest.
Make a new Earthen. Complete the intro quest. When you get to your capital city the quest line will direct you to chromie. Collect your new mogs. If you boost your character you will not have access to these other sets but you will have access to the heritage armor sets.
It is definitely worth it to create a new character and do the intro quest for the other sets. It doesn’t take long at all to unlock a massive amount of transmog for the earthen.

You have to complete the entire questline, including talking to Chromie. Then it becomes available to all Dwarves. Earthen, DID, and IF.

I got the transmog pack, but couldn’t find the sets to transmog them. Are they restricted to earthen only? The cog and backpack weren’t.
I got all of them through a quest from an earthen next to chromie.
Edit: I think their earthen/dwarf only.
Dwarf and Dark Iron Dwarf can use the sets too.

Dwarves can use the full sets. Non-earthen/dwarves can use the shoulders and cloaks only.

Of I skipped the chrome quest how can I pick it up?
I think you only need to make 1 of any class to go through the intro experience for Earthen to get all the transmogs. The only gripe I have is that the sets are not listed as sets in the transmog panel… so you gotta choose which armor piece goes with each other.

Get to level 50 and do the two minute long heritage quest. The set I wear is the Stormrider armor that we got with the preorder (if you got the highest package).
oddly enough, the shoulders and back items work on all races for some reason

You were told how to get it.
You have to create an Earthen and do the entire questline up to the quest to talk to Chromie. The reward for the Chromie quest gives you all the starting Earthen sets.
If you skipped the quest go back to where you picked it up, and do it. If you skipped the entire intro you need to go back and do it.

Once you are out of the Earthen starting hall, there is an NPC right outside the embassy door (at least, in Stormwind). Talking to them pointed me to an NPC NEXT to Chromie, who then gave me the other mogs when I turned that quest in. So maybe the guy near the door can be used to reacquire the quest?
