Can you show me where they said they would be available DURING early access?
Everything I’ve read is that they would be timegated via campaign.

Im unsure if its intentional or a bug.
Earthen are listed on their early access article.

There are quests that are part of the unlock requirement that you can do during Early Access, but you cannot fully unlock them during Early Access.
