what are you asking? There are no new druid appearances that can be unlocked in BFA, if you want new Druid appearances the only options available to us are legion artifact appearances.
Or switch race. Xd they better add something for nelf and worgen.
Changes to Druid forms are extremely rare.
They happened in Wrath, when they tied our appearance to our character appearance (hair, etc.).
And then the Legion forms.
That’s it. Except for new race base forms (trolls, worgen, wickermen).
Don’t expect anything else.

I am expecting more, They have added a bunch of new forms in the last 2 xpacs. (although sadly in BFA they were just for new races) I better be getting some covenant ones. If everyone can shape-shift into a travel form if they are nightfae and I still got this old model travel form as nightelf… well I just will be switching to another toon I guess. All the plate sets so far look pretty nice perhaps warrior.
Like it would be really hard to just give us that weird venthir bear form? people act like that is asking for alot…

It is asking for a lot. It takes a lot of resources to create new models and/or new rigs. I’d love to see some new things for druid forms but I have to agree with Tewa.

I’d much rather they actually fix Guardian rather than waste time on cosmetic forms nobody will be using since all the Guardians will have quit.
Are you reading this forum? Almost every Guardian who posts here is getting ready to follow their fellow bears did this expansion and reroll to another tank.

If I had to choose one I would definitely choose a stronger, more satisfying to play bear, but if blizz is putting an emphasis on character customization in Shadowlands it would be neat to see some of that trickle down to druid forms. I don’t think the art team is going to give us a bear fix, but they might give us some new form customizations.
Also, I’ll still main bear in their current bfa or alpha state because I really enjoy the spec fantasy of being a bear and don’t like any of the other tanks more than bear at the moment. I’ll just frequently complain about how bad they are and make my healers’ lives interesting.

Not really since the rigs already exist for WoD cats and Legion bears to do so. It would only be hard if they chose to make it match style and skin tone of the original skins, i.e. dino-where-Turtle/Bear for Zandalari, wicker-wherecat for KT, instead of just the Mage Tower style skins.
Not to mention, art team and balance team are not the same workers. Implementing the art through story lines or Mage Tower events is the job of the Balance Team.
Good answer for the how is just to bring back the Mage Tower. Literally don’t change anything about it, aside from expected stats for the levels-squish, and you have it all there. Heck, they did the Pandaria trials for doing Heroics and Mythics in WoD, so…
It’s a waste of resources in Blizzard’s eyes, though, since very few people play Guardian and Blizzard seems determined to drive those numbers even lower in Shadowlands.

Comes off a little entitled man. Like others have said, druid forms only got totally different looks in legion and for these new races. Don’t expect it to be a thing. No other classes get such treatment. Besides, the legion skins are fantastic.
Not entirely true. Cat form had a wherecat form as a Talent back in Warlords of Draenor, making one look much like a Sableclaw.
Besides, part of the reason for wanting this customization is that while we are in form, our gear generally can’t be seen. Other tanks can show off their armor and weapons, but the bears are stuck with whatever form the barbershop or Artifact gives them.

I have some hopes about some forms to earn/unlock in SL, be like an every other expansion thing .
Still upsetting to see the Legion forms stuck to the Legion weapons. Ruins any new weapon mog we get as we are stuck with daggers/fist weapons that don’t match 99% of armor sets.
Be nice to also get different balance forms and tree forms.
Imagine being healed by a weeping willow form or Treebeard form from LoTR.

Boomkin, Treant Form (available at your local Moonglade), and Tree of Life already exist.
Or did you mean that Boomkin was available without Affinity, Treant Form did something besides look cool, and Tree of Life wasn’t on a timer?
More can we get different color options for Boomkin we see white ones, black and oragne, blue. Just be cool to have differnt feather colors to earn or have.
Base models while ok get boring after while and need something to spice it up.
Also tree form can be bought yes, looks cool but how about a different tree EG Weeping Willow healing you instead? Or make a Pine tree adaptation ? These would be fun to play with so long as they looked cool enough I feel.
The timer on Tree of life is neat and prob needs to stay that model is too big to be all the time.
