Yes, it is, and I don’t like it. Unfortunately, I’m not in charge over at Blizzard. If it were up to me, the items would be released in their 1.12 versions in the phase associated with the patch it was released in.

Yes they have. They put the 1.12 versions of items into the game. Before BWL patch most of your tier 1 on classes was useless and your t2 helm as a rogue was worse than your prebis helm.

If Spell Penetration is already in the game, patch 1.11 items are in the game, then it makes no sense that Rodrigo’s is left out of the game.
I’m glad we agree that there is literally 0 consistency in Blizzard not releasing this item.

You realize the ring was added in 1.9 right? Then the stats got updated in 1.11. It does not change the fact the ring was added with AQ.

I’d rather they just remove all the later items. Some consistency, regardless, would be nice, though.
Consistency would be removing the 1.11 upgraded items. This means we have the level 58 blue pvp sets again instead of the 1.11 sets. I remember seeing you be against this very thing when mentioned so you are just a meaningless contrarian with no consistent viewpoint. Your only viewpoint is the opposing viewpoint, even if that means flip flopping constantly.

Actually, the 1.11 PvP items were entirely different items, with different names and item ids, it wasn’t just updated items
PvP sets = lv58 gear
UPDATED IN 1.11 = lv60 gear and epics
The existence of level 60 blue pvp sets and epics (in their current forms) were not 1.4.
And they replaced the old items, effectively making them updates to the same ones.
The only reason they added new item IDs is because they updated the level of the items and didn’t want level 58s wearing level 60 gear.
Tell me, could you buy the 1.4 blue PvP items in 1.11? No? Then it’s almost like the 1.12 rewards are actually the level 60 versions.
That is consistent.
That’s what I’m telling you. If blizz were consistent, we would be getting 1.4 items in this early BG phase and getting updated items in phase 5 or 6 due to them being updated as late as 1.11 and 1.12.
But they aren’t. So its inconsistent. If they were consistent on giving us the updated items from 1.11 and 1.12 we would also be getting the ones from earlier patches like 1.9
