my understanding is that for the first rift of the week, the one with the quest, you get a contained paracausality and inside is supposed to be a dilated time capsule. I did not get one.
Also, I used one of the encapsulated destiny items, and I got no reward. What gives?

Same thing here, finished the weekly and got no dilated time capsule.

Clearly not ready for players. Don’t waste your lockouts until they get it patched.
I didn’t get one either. Did we miss out? lol
Def didn’t get one. So annoying! I used the guaranteed reward as well.
I can’t even get the weekly quest for it…ugh!
Didnt get one this week either - i was under the impression it was a weekly reward for the quest

It was changed. The weekly quest is an account-level quest so you can only do it once, and the container provides a BoA rep token and BoA paracausal flakes token.
The Dilated Time Capsule was moved to a weekly per-character reward which goes directly in your bags. I’ve been using this to target pieces on alts to catalyze for finishing up tier bonuses.

True, but I only have 1 char, and i didnt get it this week. So it’s not me complaining about an alt thing or anything like that, i just didnt get one this week - which kinda sucks
Did you get anything at all? There’s an outstanding issue where people just don’t get credit for the time rift at all upon completion, which would result in you not receiving any otherwise “guaranteed” rewards. I haven’t personally run in to it but would assume running another to verify you get completion (via the additional flakes reward) would be the first step.
Yeah, i was able to finish the weekly quest, just stuff didnt come from it like it did the previous week. i dunno. Weird.
(I basically live in time rifts though - trying to get the last couple mog pieces i need, hoping someday I’m lucky to get them or the item to buy them :P)

Same thing happened for me. I saw a comment from someone on another bug thread about this who said they did get it on their second kill though. So hopefully that at least happens. Still, very annoying. And ridiculous that this bug persists.
I have 4 Dilated Time Capsule from before 10.2 but now I can’t use them any ideal

Same here, I had 7 that I was holding to spend later on xmog, now they appear to be worthless.
Not sure what the lesson is here, spend early spend often?

From the official patch notes:
- Dilated Time Capsule (Time Rifts weekly currency) has been discontinued and can be sold to vendors for gold. The new weekly currency is Dilated Time Pod.
