Dilated time capsule was not awarded for myself and many others upon first rift. The second time rift I did, the boss wasn’t even there… it was an empty instance and there were at least 40+ of us wondering what was going on (in Warlands I believe). Maybe this is because the boss was killed insanely fast and early by the first few to enter. But that’s ridiculous and should be fixed.
