I don’t see any crest upgrade options from vendor, even though my item level is 696 and minimum item level in each slot is 691.
What am I missing?
Considering you have the achievement… what vendor are you looking at?
Vendor Vaskarn. All my other characters, warband etc has the crests available. I don’t know if I miss a per-character achievement, what that achievement would be. I do all the quests around, did Karesh etc.
If you are season-capped on crests, you can’t trade up to get more of the crests you are capped on. The option to buy them will disappear from the vendor until reset next week. You can hover over the crest in your currency tab to see if that’s the case for you.
If not, and you had recently obtained the achievement, logging out and back in may help.
