I saved my Catalyst from last week, completed this weeks. But only have 1 Catalyst available.

Completed last week and never spent it. Just turned in the quest for this week, and only showing one Revival Catalyst.
Character is Shaelyndra on Stormscale. I don’t have an alt on the Dragon Isles yet to see if they got both.
Please fix.

Just want to add that I am having this issue as well, I completed the quest both last week and this week. I used one charge on my mage to get 4-piece on Sunday, but did not use a charge on any of my other 70s. My warrior, hunter, and DH all show only 1 charge available even though they should all be at 2 charges.
I think the display that shows how many you have is bugged, I saved mine from last week, did the quest and still showed 1, but when I used it to make my set piece, it remained at 1, so apparently I could use it again.
I made a post on General as well, and from the responses there it appears this is the case.
So, hopefully just a display issue.
