No Credit for King of the Fire Festival But Have Crown

Last year I went through during the Midsummer event and collected all the opposing faction’s flames, turned in the quests for each, got the quest for A Thief’s Reward, turned that in, and received the Crown of the Fire Festival reward, which I still have in my bank. I’m able to equip it, but I do not have achievement credit for completing that this year. My Ahune kills were back-filled and I have credit for that, probably because I have the Lvl 70 version of the Frostscythe of Lord Ahune still in my bank as well. But this one is missing. Come on Blizz, keep things constant. Give us all the credit for things we did prior or none of it (hopefully the first one  ). I could understand not having credit if I had tossed the reward item, but it is a soulbound item that you can only get from completing that quest, so I’ve OBVIOUSLY done it.

(in-flight to do them all over again, in case anyone says I could have already completed it instead of complaining about it)

Customer Support does not fix bugs.

Edit:
If you don’t think it is a bug and are just providing feedback, the best place for feedback on this is the Achievements forum.

There was something similar with another holiday that I recall…

I’m pretty sure it was Hallow’s End. Someone had the helm in their bank, but it wouldn’t complete the achievement. The distinction was that you had to acquire the helm once the achievements went live for it to flag as completed. Not to already have had the piece.

So it may just be something along those lines again. Please let us know if doing it all this year did the trick.

[EDIT] Yeah, I thought I remembered that being an issue with Hallows End. Again - this may not be the true case for your particular issue, as you’re the first person to come here with this. It’s just some precedence that it was an issue for another holiday since achievements went live with the release of WotLKC.
