Last year I went through during the Midsummer event and collected all the opposing faction’s flames, turned in the quests for each, got the quest for A Thief’s Reward, turned that in, and received the Crown of the Fire Festival reward, which I still have in my bank. I’m able to equip it, but I do not have achievement credit for completing that this year. My Ahune kills were back-filled and I have credit for that, probably because I have the Lvl 70 version of the Frostscythe of Lord Ahune still in my bank as well. But this one is missing. Come on Blizz, keep things constant. Give us all the credit for things we did prior or none of it (hopefully the first one 
). I could understand not having credit if I had tossed the reward item, but it is a soulbound item that you can only get from completing that quest, so I’ve OBVIOUSLY done it.
