I followed a guide on Wowhead to get all the crates, but am only able to get 10/11. Once you get the crate in Desolace (having to die to see it) you are no longer able to get the crate in Nagrand (also needing to be dead to see it); the Curious Haze is not visible to the player if you’ve already found the Desolace crate. So now I have to do it all over again on an alt?? Why is this a thing?

Edit: Due confirmation of a non-bug, this is instead moved to Achievements.
Support is also not able to give gameplay hints.
According a support article 6 days ago, there appears to be no issues with this achievement.

The crate in nagrand does not require you to be dead.

You do not have to be dead to see the crate in Nagrand (Outlands).
CELEBRATION CRATE #9 - OUTLAND NAGRAND (CRYSTALLIZED)
There is a new Celebration Crate. The
Shiny Ransom Note reads:
Across the plains where orcs would wander,
A peculiar sight will make you ponder.
A crystal mound has made its home,
Where ancient spirits forever roam.This is another fairly easy note for seasoned players, as the crystal mound with spirits wandering refers to Oshu’gun, in the Outland version of Nagrand. The
Crystallized Celebration Crate is located inside Oshu’gun on the Draenei architecture portion, in the room in the middle.
