No crafting orders for Hideseeker's Tote

I picked up the pattern for Hideseeker’s Tote (embroidered skinning bag) and my friend tried to send me a crafting order for one, but it’s not showing up as an option for crafting orders at all and it also doesn’t show in my recipes list when I’m on the crafting order tab at the tailoring bench (it’s there on the recipe tab).

All the other profession bags are available for crafting orders, only the skinning bag is missing

I second this. i was about to post a bug report because I just bought the pattern and I wanted to look for people needing the craft so I can level up some more. I have the pattern, I can craft it for myself but it’s not able to be crafted via work orders.
