NO covenant NPCs in Oribos; NO world quests; NO bonus quests

Finished the Shadowlands questline on 2 mains.
The alts that went to Shadowlands BEFORE Dragonflight all were able to join covenants; do WQs and bonus quests.
Now the alts that go to Shadowlands do not get covenant choices, in fact the NPCs are missing in Oribos. (they still appear when my mains or older alts go there)
I have two alts that are 51 and 53 that this is affecting.
Please fix!

How did these alts get to Oribos? Did they take the starting quest in SW or Org, take the skip or do the full Maw intro? Or did they just portal in (Mage or portal room)?
You definitely have to follow the proper chain to open stuff up.

Were they in Chromie time? It lasts until 59 now.

The starting quest was used, skipping the Maw intro and being ported directly to Oribos.
I went back and made sure they were not in Chromie time, then chose the Shadowlands Chromie time and nothing has changed :frowning:

Thank you for answering, I’ll hope that someone from Blizz can see this and help.

It’s not a bug. Blizz changed it, Threads of Fate is gone, has been for a few months. All alts going to SL have to go through the Story Mode, each and every time.

Thank you for this clarification. I realize now that I was searching for ‘covenant’ and not ‘threads of fate’.
However, that said, the decision to remove Threads of Fate is a horrible one imho
I am sure there are other players who, while having leveled mains to 70, still want to work on alts.

At level 60 a player who has leveled elsewhere can talk to the fatescribe, choose a covenant, and have access to a flight point on each island. They will not have access to Shadowlands dungeons. No 60 level players can queue for Shadowlands normal or heroic dungeons.
