Yea we can trade loot if we picked it up by accident, helps loosen support so we don’t have to wait for a GM to do it for us. But like that’s such a minor thing compared to what BFA/legion babies want we should rejoice!

loot trading was intorduced becasue personal loot is so terrible not for ninja or any other excuse. Also it encourages more bad ninja looting within friends to all rool need and screw over someone who legit needs it this is terrible change and need to go.

Loot trading enables friends and guildies to ninja loot items for each other.
Get your blacklists ready boys, they will be long.

Servers will cap around 2500-3000.
If people are ninja looting for their friends, they will be exposed on the server forums and added to a list of people who are untrustworthy. You can't just be a thief in vanilla without getting your reputation destroyed.
Also, if you get your item stolen by a group abusing this system, take a screenshot of all the rolls and contact a GM. I'm sure they are aware that this will happen and would have no problem assisting you.
I'm guessing this change will be positive overall, because it will reduce the volume of GM tickets which will free up GMs for dealing with other issues :)

lets hope you are right on the 'positive overall'. i personally cant see how but who knows.
I'd gladly accept the consequence of ninjas looting for their friends, if it meant that drops would become more valuable again. This whole "everyone gets a prize" system really cheapens the excitement of getting better gear.
Not to mention that only people with friends can ninja loot for their friends in group... the solution: Make some friends.
