Just great. No sustained damage buff to boomkins, not even a slight buff to aff/demo locks, nothing for ferals, absolutely no significant changes to disc to make it viable in this obnoxious meta, nothing towards arcane mages/frost (for consistent pressure). Pretty sure there a few others that I haven’t mentioned, but you get the point. I guess since aff is doing extremely well in raids, they don’t need a buff in PvP. Great logic. A seemingly substantial patch with little to no improvements for the classes/specs that required them the most.

Definitely need some Arcane and Frost buffs. Definitely. Also Boomy isn’t doing enough consistent damage. Would like to see them octuple everyone’s overall damage.

Idk why everyone on NA says ferals and boomies are bad, they are both perfectly viable, maybe slight buff boomy.

Agreeing with affi/demo BIG TIME. Can’t wait for a non-destro warlock season. I miss when affi was default and Thugonomix was a foul mouth hipster.
Buffing priest heals(mainly disc for playstyle reasons even though holy sucks) is ESSENTIAL for comp diversity in this terrible meta. Just do it, need more agressive/faster pace comps.

Most importantly(as you all agree, ok maybe less important than disc/lock changes), where’s the Enhance buff? If no reliable peels, at least revert part of the healing surge nerf or SOMETHING. How on earth are we suppose to compete with rogue/ret/war/dk/dh/feral/ww/surv for spots in comps? Actually compare the classes, we’re only compareable on damage and a meme everywhere else. Grounding for maledicts, tremor and purge for the rdruid meta are the only 3 good buttons in our spellbook. Even adding root totem back is a HUGE game changer. And make WW turbo fist SUNDERABLE plz…FIRE DAMAGE BTW, WORKED BEFORE.

All passive healings/absorbs need to be eliminated from all mage specs. Frost needs a better burst toolkit. I’d rather see fast games than seeing frost mages spamming frostbolts that do 1% of someone’s hp and frozen orb doing pitiful damage while arcane just spamming meaningless missiles and blinking around the entire map pretending that their damage matters outside of arcane power. Oh and also deep freeze for frost would be nice.
Oh yeah definitely more damage on a numerical basis corresponds to more consistent pressure. Totally. Is that why we see a fair representation of boomkins and/or diverse boomkin comps on ladder and tourneys?
I don’t say they are bad. They are currently not as viable as they need to be. The fact that they are severely limited to 1-2 comps at most implies that both of them do not fare well in this current meta. I understand that there is a ton of ambivalence when it comes to class/spec viability determination, but clearly this past season has shown how atrocious diversity and balance has been.
As for mages, would you would rather see frost being represented as a dampen spec rather than having it be associated with the iconic attributes that it once entailed? Wrath-Cata-MoP frost mages were honestly one of the best designed as the spec was very oppressive and lethal. While fire takes on that role now, I prefer to see frost be a bit more squishier but with immense pressure. Idc about arcane, but tbh I just hate the way its designed now, so asking for a damage buff and a mobility nerf won’t hurt I assume.

It doesn’t matter if you whine now or later as nothing will get changed. If an essence is broken in PvP why would they nerf it? They already stated they are ok with players seeking out advantages from other areas of the game. If an essence isn’t good you just go raid or do dungeons or whatever to get one that is better for you.
Buff boomys dmg out of incarn. It feels like I do no dmg with out incarn up. But atleast blizz buffed boomy bear form a lil which is good.
