I just noticed, after doing both the weekly mythic dungeon quest and cartel chip quest from last week, that my alt doesn’t have access to the single cartel chip quest for this week. Does that mean every alt has to the quests every week in order to not miss out on the chips??

Shouldn’t they be random drops for catchup? Like sparks or something.
I don’t know since I just got my new monk up, but if this is true and there’s 0 catch-up this sucks.
yeah, when i discovered this ingame it made me laugh, all the “good deal for alts” billing, unless you skip a week.
it’s funny because people think blizzard botches stuff like this, they don’t botch it, they just have a jerk mentality that causes them to make and stick with bad designs because they don’t want it to be too easy for the players. i 100% promise you someone noticed this, and they decided nahhhh, cause it’s not free loot, it’s bad luck protection, you need to have the bad luck first.
They should be. But apparently no one thought that through.
You’d think you could at least pick up the next quest after completing the first. Ah well, I don’t really care if my alts are behind.
That would require them to appreciate their actual player base and put logic into the programming…both things they seem to continue to get wrong.
