I reached renown level 11 with Council of Dornogal and did not get a quest from Auditor Balwurz to receive my renown 11 reward, which is 15 carved harbinger crests.

Exact same issue here. Completion of Renown 11 with Council of Dornogal did not reward Carved Harbinger Crests.

Update: My main character, the one I was logged in with when I unlocked level 11 renown with Dornogal, did not receive the quest or the crests. However, my alt characters were able to pick up the quest and the crests.

Still bugged, didn’t get a quest for crests after getting renown 11 Dornogal on 9/4/24.

Opened a ticket about this - this was the response I got last night:
Hail,
This is GM Loctarzidix.
According to the logs, the quest Carved Quest was completed on Aug 25th and Mowse already received the Carved Harbinger Crests from Auditor Balwurz the renown quartermaster for Council of Dornogal.
It seems the system is handing out the reward at wrong renown level. We are looking into this but it is confirmed that you have gotten the crests.

I’m not sure if I ever got it prior to hitting 11 to confirm or not, I often forget to go to the rep vendors until I’ve already gone up a few levels, so there were a few times he had more than one quest for me.

I also opened a ticket, but I just got an automated response at first. The GM response which came later, though I believe it to still be an automated message, just acknowledged that it was bugged and didn’t say I had already received the crests. Hopefully I did receive them at an earlier point like in your case, but I don’t think that’s the case for me.

Just hit Rank 11 with Dornogal and also did not receive any crests.
I also didn’t receive an Earth Encrusted Gem for Rank 8.

Just reached Renown 11 ten minutes ago on my main, and no crests for her or my alts.
I got the GM response:
I’ve gone through everything and double-checked all the information, and please know that our developers have fixed the issue for the quest Carved Crests, howvwer as ou reached this renown level and didn’t receive the quest for the crests, you may already have completed it before and received the rewards, you have completed it on the 24th Aug.
You can verify if you completed this quest by typing this command in-game:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(82349))
If completed, you will be returned the value 1, if not, 0.
It shows true for me, but i just hit renown 11 like 3 days ago, not Aug 24th. So I’m very confused now. I did check the quest wowhead page https://www.wowhead.com/quest=82349/carved-crests, quest giver and location are right, and you only get 1 carved crest quest reward (15 x carved crests) from renown 1-11, so I’m much more confused now… Did they give everyone access to this quest before you hit renown 11? Or I missed some clues? I don’t know, I just marked ticket as resolved and get rdy to enjoy my weekend. BTW, their response time was much quicker than I thought which made me happy, like only 1~2 days.
