Title says it all. How am I finding out about this via a 3rd party website a day after the fact?

Shouldn’t this be something that’s pinned or announced even? Seems kind of relevant to Classic, just saying.

There actually is a blue post but it’s in retail’s General Discussion because even Blizzard fails at posting in the correct forum: Introducing the World of Warcraft Classic Summer Bowl!.

Is this an official blizzard sponsored event? If so, I would be embarrassed to endorse this event if I were Blizzard.

The prize pool for the winners is $300 per person…

… meanwhile the Blizzard CEO is clearing 30 million per year.
