Like title says leveling feels way more like a chore without being able to queue bgs for a bit every ten levels. I get that PVE heroes get all in a tizzy at the thought of a handful of people having slightly better weapons than them for a small amount of time, but it’s really not the end of the world.
Next fresh servers need bgs at launch or a big xp modifier

Kill some questgivers in a lower area?
I’ve been doing a lot of pvp in the world tho…
Done some questing, then do some runs of X dungeon to get some loot/xp, then pvping a little around Hillsbrad and Ashenvale and repeat.
It’s not that monotony tbh
When are bgs coming?
Bg´s are most fun, when everyone is equal. This will not be the case, once people are 60 to get all the twink gear to destroy lowbies in BGs.
