No BGs. Because Blizzard Can't Try

Gotcha.

Right back at ya…

I get what you’re asking and wanting. I really do…

… it’s just if this we’re really the case then you would understand why a mode that negates the integrity of the master ruleset, is pointless to discuss.

What you’re asking for is a separate playground, which you already have access to via other realms, to be placed upon a game mode intentionally designed to kill your character when you reach 0 HP.

Blizzard removed it because it’s not part of their game mode. Just as they removed other spells and abilities simply because it had no place in their game mode.

Have you tried Parcheesi?

Something I still believe should be removed.

I think the belief of trolling is the part where you said you don’t play this but are actively seeking to Bob the Builder this :poop:

Maybe add a small group wsg where first to cap wins. Has to be small group to try to avoid organized groups deleting people with no counter play.

If you die, you die.

Enable BGs. If you die, so be it.

The OP basically agrees with Blizzard that fun in BGs is not consistent with permadeath, but argues having BGs is more important than keeping a consistent permadeath rule. End of story.

Or I could be showing that Blizzard took a lazy approach when copying a ruleset developed by the community.

BG’s without perma death in hardcore won’t happen but dam it would be fun. lvl 10-19 and 20-29 would be busy. I’d probably stop my warlock at 29 and just BG only. Imagine all the people dieing trying to get twink gear lol.

that you’re trolling?
Signs point to yes.

You die, you die. Even in wargames.

Except in hardcore, dying in raids and dungeons is final. The “solutions” being proposed for BG’s all involve an exception to death.

It’s not trolling to come up with solutions…

Except it is because there is no problem here.

…that don’t involve cutting out content

The content is not only not necessary for the purpose and intent of HC, but it is widely known, and has been from the start, that BG’s would not be available in HC. You can do classic BG’s on non-HC realms as much as you like and get the same experience as you would if HC had it, except that perma-death is not a factor.

So, the REAL solution to your imagined problem is to not play on HC realms and stick to regular classic.

You’re funny man, HC is an added mode. It wasn’t there at all before. So in essence it’s all added content, nothing was stripped from what was there before. It doesn’t make sense to add a game mode where if you die your character is gone, and include content where dying is a huge part.

HC is “you die, you’re done.” If BGs were implemented, as like in actual war, you die you’re done. That’s the only acceptable solution to your “problem.”

Then why tf you here?

You sure this isn’t a troll post?

I would love to see BGs in Hardcore Classic. But - a death is final death. Most of us would stay far away from BGs. But there might a few groups confident enough or crazy enough to give it a go. Why not. Blizz should just turn it on.

Yes I indeed would like to waste my hours leveling only to die to a jump exploiting twink rogue named “gankdu”.

They said No BG’s in HC. So there are no BG’s. Known information since before the realms launched. If you want BG’s you have three other versions of WoW you can do them in.

We have trading, we have grouping, all what is not Hardcore. So why not have BG´s too?

This is just all so hypocrite these days.

Never! Because if you die, you DIE. So it should be same in BG, accordly with Blizzard, it should be Harcore Experience.

I agree that we should have battlegrounds and that if you die there, you die permanently.

This is Blizzard’s official hardcore ruleset.
Death is final in every aspect of the game.
You can play a wargame if you want to gamble with your life.
Even if you lose you can revive on an Era server where you can bg without terminal consequences as much as you like.

Mankrik for PVE.
Whitemane for PVP.

Sure, so why not give the player the chance to go into BG and die permanently if he wants? Well, these part of game isn’t hardcore experience so? I’m confused here! Logic is actually not having logic.

Because PvPers are notoriously soft and will flood customer service and the forums when they die, permanently, in a BG.

Rules of Engagement.
Blizzard bothered to write them out and explain their version of hardcore.
Don’t like it?
They have other products that may interest you.

Battlegrounds are available with unlimited resurrection in Classic Era, Wrath Classic and retail for your enjoyment!

Wargames.
Both WSG and AB.

Well, but it should be part of hardcore experience anyway… there’s no logic here!
