My level 44 SF Warrior died while leveling in SM ARM with a much overleveled group for the dungeon. We all got DDOS for 15 minutes and the entire party died to a couple of green mobs.
I just want everyone to know that when I am resurrected from the dead, there is no asterisk next to my life. For me, it actually makes the experience that much better. It’s something straight out of a South Park episode where some degen loser DDOS my character to death, thinking I would care! 
When I am resurrected I will see it as the WOW God coming down from heaven to literally bring back to life my virtuous, self found superior warrior from the dead. Like Jesus Christ.
But yeah this takes nothing away from my accomplishment on a personal level, I had DCs calculated into my strategies but not DDOS.
To me it is the same as someone just deleting the data off the server of my character. When I am resurrected, nothing changes. The good guys win in the end, remember that.

just like in the old HC server when it was only an addon, you can ignore your death and keep playing but nothing changes the fact that you died. your not hc anymore.

Nobody was ever hardcore. Video games do not make people hardcore. Have you been believing this game mode made you or anyone else hardcore this whole time? Unless you are literally a ten year old, that’s very weird. Deriving a sense of self worth from the particular version of a video game you play is categorically unhealthy. Your interests are valid and you are deserving of love just for who you are. You don’t have to hang out on this forum anymore. It’s for a game you don’t even like. Love yourself, and let yourself be free from it.

Being a streamer isn’t required, it seems. DP & DH both have plenty of people who got res’d.

Proof? I have only seen/heard people asking for revive and asking if any ever got a revive on the Era servers.
