No Artisan Acuity

From first crafts. I’ve spent thousands of gold shuffling 5 professions and noticed haven’t gained artisan acuity. What happened? Did they change this? So only people who shuffled early get the points? Are they crazy? How am I supposed to catch up with them?

Edit: Seems this was hotfixed before release. It’s okay then, at least I’m not behind. I lost some 100k gold, but that’s way better than being behind cartels and goblins.

Why does this sound like an exploit?

Nah , its too expensive to call it an exploit

It’s not. It’s how the game was designed. You invest more, you get more. It’s stupid but that’s how they designed it.

That doesn’t sound accurate. I feel like it’s an exploit, and it’s likely that it has been fixed.

I think you have to find the NPC that gives them. It wont just pop out to your bag.

They didn’t fix it, they just punished ordinary players and awarded the cartels that have already finished abusing it along with the goblins so now average players have 0 chance of catching up. Thanks blizzard for screwing the average player again!

Sounds like they fixed it, if the exploit isn’t working for you anymore.

Yes.

Straight to the point. I dig it.

So what you’re saying is that this was hotfixed before release, including early access? Well that’s good news, at least I’m not behind, even though I just lost 100k gold.

From my testing the one time skill treasures found in TWW don’t provide acuity.

The most efficient way to gain acuity is from doing first time crafts, NPC orders, weekly skill point drops from gathering and disenchanting stuff.

Getting 150 acuity from these activities per character, week and profession is no big deal.

Yes, during maintenance the morning of early access release (so before early access started).

Been playing Alchemy/Herba since Early Access. I recently looked at Alchemist stone recipe and it requires a lot of artisan acuity. How come I still have few of these? I would outgear the ilevel of the Alchemist stone before getting it. I should be getting it before my gear level reaches it.

Then one time, I talked to an NPC that gives Artisan Acuity. I think he gave me 2 weeks worth of artisan acuity. I can now afford to make alchemist stone for TWW.

it took you 5 before you noticed?

Shuffling still works. Other people have been doing it.

Shuffling just uses patron orders, weekly quests, and non-trainer recipes.

People can get maybe 1800 AA in a day.

Treatise is another +5 x prof.

You do not get them from recipes you can learn from the trainer, they did this to reduce the benefit of exactly what you did OP.
