I was hesitant to report this since these have always been a bit random and elusive even when they were current content, but I figure after an entire week of them being missing I should mention it. especially since there are several known issues with follower tables currently.
I have a character that had been progressing through the Argus storyline and was up to the almost-final step where you have to raise 6 followers to 950 item level (it’s called power level now after the squish but not important). This is done with Armor Sets that come from rare Legion table missions, not usually every day but you normally see one every two or three days when you are on the quest.
I had got 4 of them during the week prior to 8.3 dropping, but no sign of them since.
