How have you been able to help people get Arfus? Iāve run the dungeon on every 60+ I have, with full curses on ranged DPS, no curses on tanks/melee.
Iām taking a break, but so far today Iāve run this ridiculous dungeon with:
Tanks: 9
Healer: 1
RDPS with full curses: 11
Melee DPS: 6
In 27 runs today, and all my previous runs since the holiday started, I havenāt seen a single Arfus or saddle. I got the horse years ago. (Presumably the horse is what was in the bugged loot pumpkins I was getting at the start of the event.)

still no arfus
7 tries today nothing but Masks and Candy on all 7 characters. Not even a stupid broom today. What gives?

Has anyone heard or seen someone get Arfus from the candy bucketsā¦one of my FB groups posted a picture from someone showing they got it from candy bucket but the picture is no really that good ā¦didnāt show the achievement either in the pictureā¦I canāt see the Arfus in their bags cause of the quality of the picā¦as far as I found on Wowhead there is no mention it can come from the Candy buckets that it only comes from the Loot Filled Pumpkinsā¦so again ā¦anyone personally see it happen from a candy bucket?
If Arfus drops from the candy buckets Iāll be emptying out every candy bucket in every inn. But WoWhead says it only drops off the pumpkin Bag from HH.

That is what I am saying Julaalu but my FB group person insists it can come from candy bucketsā¦I was taking my under 70 for a day or so doing the buckets and did about 50 or so buckets and no Arfus at allā¦heck most of the candy is not even showing from the candy buckets eitherā¦

Just got Arfus.
Interestingly it was during the first run I forgot to get ANY curses. So.

Just reporting in on my experience with this. It took me 140 Headless Horseman kills since Hallowās End started this year to finally get Arfus. I got it on my 9th kill today with all curses active.

Reporting back in. I am now no longer a member of this club. I wish you all Arfus before this dumb RNGfest is over.
I started out with 2 characters one 65, one 70, and I tried running with curses the first 2 days, but kept losing the curses. I leveled 5 more level 50 characters to 60 over the next 8 days. Yesterday (day 9), my newly leveled druid got the saddle with no curses on the last of 6 runs for the day. I leveled one last character last night, but since I got something better than candy, masks, & squashling on the āluckyā druid, I ran her first today and Arfus dropped for her.
I only tried the curses the first 2 days. Total runs was around 39. Got the saddle on 37 and Arfus on 39. NO CURSES.
I would have enjoyed my new good doggie so much more if not for the horrid drop rate frustration & lack of being able to trade these things to others in the group. Totally unnesessary way to make people mad.
I wish you all Arfus in the last few days of runs

I was so mad I had to log off today. I would have enjoyed it more if Arfus was a quest reward, Sold on pets vendor or made Tradable. But with they way its set up Frustration and resentment kicks in after running it 7 times today nothing but mask and candy. I didnāt even get a stupid broom today.

I have multiple healers (5) and tanks (7) that I run with. On my server the average que time is 1-5 minutes for 1st couple hours, then jumps to around 5-8 minutes when I swap to my DPS (8). By me providing healers and tanks it helps out the harder roles that groups need. I have zero need to run the event, I do it to help people out.

As of today Iām at 99 runs across my 9 60+ characters and I havenāt seen him. My fiancee who also has 9 60+ characters, thus 99 runs also, got him on the first day. Itās been quite frustrating.
If Blizzard wanted Arfus to be a random drop from the dungeon, thatās fine, but they should have, in addition to that random chance, added in either a) an increasing drop chance or b) an achievement that we can track and that guarantees you get him after XX amount of attempts (not to exceed the available tries during the event). That way we would at least know our efforts wouldnāt be in vein.

Besides the weird obsession with a holiday pet, I have no idea how you guys have enough time to be running this many alts a day.
Especially with these weirdly long que times.
Between work and family I can barely run the 1 I do every day.
