On my 13th run of the day, one of the only ones I did with no curses, finally got Arfus!
Still going to be running for the manuscript, but I’m definitely happy that I got the dog.

Queue times today were insane, 20+ minutes on almost every dps queue. I wonder if its because most normal people only do it once a day for the increased chance at loot?

140 attempts as of today, still no luck. And similar to others, only the 3 collectors in my guild are missing him. I have opinions on that…

Only bright spot. This DK who got the helm last night, got the sword today. Maybe a trend of better things than the usual in my pumpkin? I know…… not a chance lol!!

We are being harvested for time played metrics (as obvious as it was in shadowlands) so that their investors such as financial terrorist Citadel the hedge fund + market maker, or vanguard, blackrock, etc. can do good $ with their long position stocks in activision/blizzard. These entities also have the biggest short position in the US treasury futures. That means that our rulers are betting on the fall of america and making money from it. Our time wasted grinding this dog pet is feeding evil. Just as paying taxes is.

As I said yesterday got Arfus on my 6th run and got the Saddle transmog on the 1st run of today with no curses. We even had someone leave during the fight but still managed to take the HH out. I will continue to run the event to help others still try for the pet.

Getting a feeling that I won’t be getting him this year. 13 runs a day, got the manuscript 5 days ago already but no sign of Arfus.

few more days left and still no pet…getting more and more frustrated with this event though. Just received the PLATE HELM on my SHAMAN. Can’t use/can’t learn the mog look. 1h sword on my druid that i CAN’T USE. Sad that these are even an option for those toons.

i’m almost impressed w/how low the drop rate is on a blue item tbh

I know the feeling with the pet, running it so many times a day and the frustration is really setting in hard. This current Dev team took an easy win with a new pet, and turned it into yet more frustration like they did with Pathfinder. They don’t learn, they are the most incompetent group of Developers, and honestly at this point I hope they kill WoW with these bad decisions and wind up unemployed and have their lives ruined.

It is super stupid isn’t it?

  • Why is it so hard for them to properly update any of their holiday events???
  • Where is the QA team???
  • Why are we receiving items on classes that cannot be used or learnt???
  • Why is the drop rate on the sinister squashling pet now so ridiculously high that it drives the price down to a few silver on the AH forcing everyone to just straight up delete it if they get it???
  • Why is the new pet everyone actually wants only a marginally higher drop rate than the mount???
  • Why is the DR mount customisation that the vast majority won’t even use since not many like that mount have such an insanely low drop rate when it’s just 1 customisation out of dozens for that mount???

What is going on with these devs??? Do they play the game or what???

Not only that…but why is that pet cage-able/sellable (or from buckets/vendor), but Arfus is not? Can’t imagine the prices Arfus would sell for too…and equally can’t fathom why they wouldn’t have set themselves up for a bunch of token purchases from those of us who’ve run it 100+ times with zero luck on the drop and are desperate and prob pay a boatload for it.
