I never once complained about the ads. Quote me where I did. NEVER. Stop misquoting me. I got a very “ewwww gross” vibe when I opened the launcher to the giant Black Ops ad.
Honestly, I’d have to agree with OP. But hey, this is Activision we’re dealing with these days. They give zero crapolas.
This is hardly worth complaining about. How long does it take to dismiss it?

I don’t mind when it’s related products, ie: Warcraft III or Hearthstone on the WoW page, or Starcraft II on the Warcraft III page since they are both RTS.
But an advert for a real life military shooter on the page of a high fantasy MMORPG? Really?

I am sure the people playing that say the same when they get a pop-up for SL, but they realize again it’s a one time ad you click X on. I doubt their forums are filled with people who fear a letter…
