still saying that i have no subscription to post in general forums please help, but i’m able to post in teechnical support forums. what’s goin on
The Support forums (including Technical Support) do not require active game time on your posting account. This is because someone who’s having trouble buying or activating gametime should be able to get help to troubleshoot that.
All the other forums require active game time, as a perk of being a paying customer.
If you have active game time but the forum still thinks you don’t, try:
(a) logging out of the website, clearing out cookies and as much personal data as you can stand to, and shutting down the browser before reopening the browser and logging back into the website
(b) if that doesn’t work, change your password. Log back in.
It’s just an unfortunate bug that the forums lose track of your actual subscription information and sometimes you have to prod it.
