I just had a post removed in error because I “have no active game time.” I certainly do have active time, as I am in game right now, and I checked my account page which confirms that my subscription is active.
Same thing just happened to me.
I think the website just borked.

For anyone else with this issue, it was fixed by manually logging off of the website then back in again.
That worked.
