So I made a thread complaining about not being able to post to the forums, getting the message " you have no active game time" when I can log in and play just fine. I get no response for a few days, then this:

Just to check, you did look at account managent and verified you have active gametime, because sometimes there is a lag period in game where you can log in even without gametime. It’s a grace period to allow billing to process that doesn’t extend to the forums.
Your original issue is usually self corrected by logging out of, then back into the forums, This can reset your posting privileges. I’m not sure why the mod bot hit you though.
Yes, my sub doesn’t even end until 2/29/24. Very much regretting doing the year-long sub at this point. I wouldn’t recommend anyone subbing for that long, given the current state of Blizz.
Update:
It actually was just logging in again. Took 3 tries, and the first two ended in 404 errors? I did cancel my sub, Blizz won’t care, they got my money for a year, but that’s my fault, not theirs. I honestly won’t be playing much even though the issue is resolved. I’m just disappointed with the state of the game with all of the bugs and tech issues with this expansion. Mainly disappointed in Blizz, they just don’t seem to care anymore.
