No $2k for you

Just an FYI, it wasn’t “all” of them and they have to vote on it again in person on Monday.

It’ll probably still go the same way, but details matter.

No, everyone is as big of a loser as you. Feel better?

This is wow community at it’s finest.

If what Congress tried to pull with this “relief” bill doesn’t make you mad I don’t know what to tell you. It was never about the American people. As George Carlin said, there is a big club and you ain’t in it. Only difference is how open they are about screwing you and me over.

Lemme guess. You are one of those jerks who doesn’t believe mental illnesses exist, huh? Or are disabled people like me who you think should be culled?

Which is one thing you’ll never convince people. Pride is a double edged sword.

It’s like a cesspool with decorated christmas trees lol

You don’t need to be a genius to be placed in a position of power. Look at the current illiterate occupant of the White House.

Congratulations? I dunno, the fact you feel the need to tell strangers how smart you are on a video game forum makes you seem kind of insecure.

If you have to tell people how smart you are, you’re not very smart.

One of us is bragging about our income and how cool we are on a video game forum on Christmas Eve and the other one is a sexy jerk named Hecatomb, so I’m gonna go ahead and say there’s only one loser around here bud.

And it ain’t Hecatomb. He’s just a sexy jerk.

Parents should make it their priority to steer their children to not make the same life changing mistakes they did themselves.

Or don’t have kids.

My husband’s employer had a practice during the 30+ years my dad worked for them. Every Thanksgiving each employee got their choice of a free turkey or ham and every Christmas they got gift cards. My husband has now worked for this same company for nearly 10 years and after the first 2, they stopped doing the Thanksgiving meats.

They still give out the gift cards as their sole Christmas bonus but I miss the free ham/turkey more. When we did get them, I made a big dinner and then we’d make individual plates and drive them around to eldery/disabled people I knew from my home health job without families or who would be alone for the holiday.

That meant more to me than some crappy WalMart gift cards

Just hope it’s only one of the more contagious strains, not significantly more deadly.

Canada was giving 2K a month to people and for some of them that was a 5 times or more increase in what they normally earn a year. I am not sure why there can be no happy medium in this.

Guarantee someone complained. Always one person that ruins everything.

It’s pretty simple, at least half of our government officials don’t actually have any interest in helping us, the American people. They only want to help themselves and their rich friends.

Nope, you don’t need to be brilliant to run multi-national corporations, even you could run starbucks from behind the drink counter, if only you got your shot! /s
