I assume it is my imagination, but when I used nitro boosts today it felt noticeably slower.
Was it nerfed, or am I somehow just hallucinating?

It moves slower, but lasts longer inside of pve instances. In a raid it will give you +85% speed boost. Outside in the open world it gives 150% but only last a few sec. In raids it is more like a rogues sprint since it last like 8sec.

No idea but as long as I can remember, which to be fair is not very long as I have short term memory loss.
