Nearly never post on these Forums, but – this was:
On WoW – not Classic, don’t let the player icon fool you.
I have done the Alliance side Tutorial/Newbie Zone (not Horde side though, in case that matters?)
Happens on any Horde side character; maybe(?) when in or around Vald city of the Dragons.
I cannot find a proper reason when/where, though moving through maps seems to trigger it, and/or getting onto a Dragon Riding mount.
