They locked the factions but kept layers so instead of one balanced 50-50 world it’s split into a unbalanced layers. Peak game design.

If all the horde PvPers contesting UBRS are on layer 1, and all the Alliance PvPers contesting UBRS are on layer 2, then you have two layers where UBRS is permagriefed where as if there were no layers it would be a contested battle between the factions.
“Balance” on paper does mean it effectively balances the gameplay.
we need a rppvp server badly…this whole layer overload is annoying also its still packed even with layering

Layers are faction balanced now.
What is happening is alliance is getting mopped in PVP and crying about it like usual.

Alliance racials are very good people just read WoWhead tier lists, assumes that’s how the game is, then put absolutely zero effort in their gameplay.
