I think it’s pretty obvious that Nightslayer has a massive inflation (around 1000% compared to other servers) due to players buying gold with real money. This happens because it has the highest number of Anniversary server players. It would be easy to see which players have bought gold, just look at the players who have the Lionheart Helm and check their historical mails or trades, there you have it, 50% of them are buying gold and the other 50% has Flurry Axe exactly at level 42 with Crusader.

Blizzard will catch on to any attempt to bypass the rules and ban you. They said so early on.
They said they will just update the rules to cover your workaround and ban you anyway.
There is no way around the rules.
