Outside of the issue of getting epic BOEs from this item, this makes the second phase in a row that herb/alchs have gotten the short end of the stick.
It is frankly ridiculous that players without herbalism at all can get a trinket and pick up tons of expensive endgame herbs. This will flood the market and make herb/alch a low earning profession again.
Last phase Truesilve transmute looked like a potential moneymaker, until that 3 day CD was invalidated completely by getting Truesilver from Grime-Encrusted Objects.
What was the idea behind this? Herb/Alchs have their place in the player economy. With this trinket, it’s barely going to be worth the time of herbing for gold or herbing/alching to sell potions and elixirs. If anyone without herbing can loot these herbs, it would just be faster to go do some other gold farm and buy consumes that way.
What’s to come in phase 4? An item that lets you pick up Black Lotus and Arcane Crystals off the ground?
Can we please let some of these high level gathering materials be obtained only by people who took the time to level up that profession?
