I can’t get rid of the chin adornment on my nightborne character.
It’s really annoying because I don’t like it at all.
I’ve tried all different options in the hairdresser but nothing gets rid of it.

You know, I honestly couldn’t figure this one out myself either. I just thought it was something or another I did that I cannot turn off.
So I’m chiming in too that is also an issue for my Nightborne.

I believe it happened to some already existing Nightbornes when they added the new customization options for them.
Because if I try to create a new Nightborne I can totally remove that chin thing, but not for my already existing one.

I kind of was leaning that way too. It wasn’t a huge thing since she’s a lesser played alt, but since I saw your post and realized I’m not alone in this, I want to add my voice too in case there are others to pop up.
I’m pretty sure that chin adornment is built into the chestpiece of the heritage armor. Try removing that and see if it goes away. (I am not a fan of how that entire set is chunked into odd parts and pieces that can’t be removed when you remove the piece of armor you would think an adornment should be connected to.)

Not a derp! A facial decoration being connected to a chestpiece is not a very obvious thing, in my opinion haha.

I REALLY wished they fixed this. It’s so dumb to have a metal chin attached to the chest piece of this gorgeous heritage armor set…

I know this is old, but I’d like to add my 2 cents- I don’t want the chin piece attached to the armor & would rather have it optional.
I’d also like a heritage armor for nightborne similar to what Thalyssra wears- I’m tired of robes & would like future armors to be on the scale that current main NPCs wear

We’re in DF S4 now and this issue still hasn’t been remedied. Please fix this Blizzard.
I have just created one without it and as soon as I log in, the chin thing is there!
Do not like the chin piece being tied to the heritage chest piece. Please fix.

Bump. Blizz pls. Either move the chin thing to the headgear so we can hide it by hiding headgear, or give us an alternate chestpiece without it. You’ve done it before, with Blood elves getting the robes and the pants.
