Please make it so for Shadowlands. It’s the only thing holding me back from having an arcane mage alt. They really need an overhaul and separate them from the terrible night elf animations. It was beyond unjust to atrophy their models into those animations. Night elves need an animation rework anyways. I hope they look drastically different just like zandalari and darkspear to have an example.

Yea they don’t feel right at all. Slow mow running animation, head of doom casting. It’s definitely one of the most outdated race animations in the game. It just didn’t age well at all. Hopefully it gets changed. Just like worgens got most of their animations redone, so can nightborne.
Their animations are mostly just Night Elf ones though, aren’t they? That’s how my night elf used to run and cast.

I can live with the eyes… the males need an actual body rework because man that model is awful.
It’s a cursed rig and only the zandalari used it in success
They should have just used the Night Elf rig fully. Make my Nightborne stand like a proper elf, not like trying to indimiate someone with her chest puffed out.
I would have accepted the bounces and the flips.
The Nightborne female is fine. The Nightborne male is horrendous.

Disgusting creatures who should be kept in the back of Suramar like the arcane vampires they are. They look horrible lol.
Fix the Night Elf model and the Nightborne model can be fixed along with it.

I hate how my nightborne stands, she always look like she’s wearing one of those weird “posture correcting” corsets you read about from the victorian era. Also can’t stand the male nelf or nightborne casting animation.
Also, I’d love to have more options for nightborne customization! More hairstyles, faces that don’t make them look old and weird, a couple of extra skin colors. Just more!
Personally I can’t stand the Male Night Elf casting animations.
They are older then time itself, elegant, in tune with nature master of magic, taught the humans!, they cast like if they going to get migraine after every spell… it’s horrible.

I surely can’t I absolutely hate their animations. They got clamped dirty in every way possible basically but I know they can design customizations later on. I need the animations to actually feel like the different elves they are.

Is that bad?
Maybe I’m weird but the slow running animation is one of my favorite things about them. For the females it is sort of delicate which works. I agree with all the other animations however, I wish they were a bit different. The males would have been better if they looked just like they did as npcs.

I mean to me nightbornes don’t look terrible but they definitely don’t look like their npc’s that’s for sure. That and getting copy pasta animations from night elves really hurt them. My favorite elven race is nightborne for sure ;/

Looking horrible means it’s bad. Horrible has a negative connotation to it.
