Topic says it all. It just sucks that Demon Hunters only have 1 race option per faction. There is no logical reason why there can’t be Nightborne or Void Elf Demon Hunters. The Void Elves could have became Void Elves after they were Illidari. The Nightborne could have became Demon Hunters before the sundering. We know from a quest in Dark Shore that this is possible. Give us Demon Hunter options please Blizz.

The demon hunters that we have as playable characters have a very specific origin story. Much like the situation with DKs, they could at some point add a new experience to diversify their ranks, but as it stands it actually is logical to have the playable DHs limited to NE/BE

I support Draenei DHs because that indirectly gives us Eredar skins.
We both know it makes sense lore wise and more options are always welcome to us non-psychopaths, but we also both know the reason why people will be vehemently against this and that is because they hate “Void Elves” receiving anything by proxy of High Elves.

I’d rather have Draenei and Orcs be the next Demon Hunters.
Mainly so that there are non-elf options.

I personally want them to reskin the demon hunters and call them battle mages.
using more arcane visuals and for the transformation it could be an grand illusion.
Give access to all races. Uses mages legion story in legion. Boom bam.
Only night elves and blood elves existed during the founding of the Illidari and Illidan only allowed those two races to join it.
For void elves Blizz won’t really open a class option just on the extremely off chance a demon hunter happened to be on Telogrus (not counting our character doing the scenario). It’s not like there was a population of Illidari over there.
There isn’t much known about demon hunters pre-Sundering. But ones being trapped behind the Suramar shield would quickly have been kicked out of it. Demon hunters weren’t well regarded. And again it’s just such an off chance thing that it doesn’t warrant being playable.
I second this and have been in favor of it for a long while.
although it would make me a little sad because it would mean the end of any chance of horde getting sexy eredar ladies as an allied race.

I mean I’d take Orcs + Draenei in a heartbeat. I just want an option. I’ll take literally anything.
I mentioned Humans and Tauren cause I’m sure Orcs need their rivals and they could just recycle the fel totem models for taurens.
Why does no one like my idea of just a new copy past class that is a reskin of demonhunter?
Arcane Battlemages that use the same skills as demon hunters but use a more magical visuals and turns you into a giant Illusion when you transform. Or even better give us a Magical gurl like transformation when we transform. Id love it.
Because then we’d lose the chance of ever getting actual battle mages. Trust me, this is not the route you want to go, my friend.
Zandalari should be able to be demon hunters, demoniacs are dope

i think new classes all together are not neccesarry…
they certainly could use 4th specs…
but demon hunters are definitely this games version of a battle mage along with enhancement shamans.
