But that wouldn’t make much sense. Becoming the Night Warrior is a special, RARE and last-resort thing. You’re literally wielding the full power of a major lunar/life deity, albeit her wrathful side. It isn’t supposed to be for everyone. Not to mention, you not only have to be on good terms with her, but also need to be favored above others. The need has to be great. And i mean
 If tyrande, a multi-millennia old High Priestess of Elune that’s devoted herself enitrely to the ways of said goddess almost dies as a result of taking on such power
 i don’t think the player character will fair well with the same burden of power.

stop trying to undo the limitations of lore, that’s how you kill it and make it stupid.

The entire idea behind a “Night Warrior” is
 kind of stupid. And then Blizzard chickened out and didn’t kill off Tyrande, like they should have.

But, no powerful female characters will ever be killed off in modern WoW.

I don’t think people that disagree are narrow minded.

The Night Warrior stuff could have been done better.

The amount of setup and lore expansion that had to go into something that Blizzard ended up throwing away, it’s just amazing. At this point it would have made more sense to make it a new class, then all that set up would have made sense. Instead the story ended in a pretty lame way. Or, at the very least, don’t say that Night Warriors have to die, and then not kill off your Night Warrior
 that was terrible.

Frankly I think they could have used the night warrior stuff as an easy background for night elf paladins. But alas

Then in stark contrast you read threads like this , which I agree with you . Night warriors shouldn’t be as common as anyone walking down the street of a major city.

The eyes should probably be changed back. I use mine on my death knight because I think they look like holes instead of magical night eyes.

How about this Tyrande finally can’t endure the Night Warrior thing anymore and share’s the power among her people making them lesser Night Warriors and just give them a different name Moon Wardens or something idk best I can come up with on the spot.

They were changed for everyone in Shadowlands.

Just make it be the night elf Paladin. Make the spells either lunar or dark lunar colored.

Night Warrior isn’t a class. It’s vengeance incarnate from Elune as a last resort that everyone is consumed by, except Tyrande, because armor plot. It’s not one form of spells or abilities. It entirely depends on the person who becomes Her avatar.

But I do think they should do class skins. Like with Paladins, Void Knights for Velfs, Elune’s Warriors for Nelfs. They can use some of the same silver and blue spell effects for Nelfs.

We already have that: Sunwalkers, aka Tauren Paladins.
