"Night Warrior" Worgen

From what Blizzard has told us, only Tyrande is an actual night warrior while the others in proximity were just caught in the effect. There were alot of worgen there too. Would they have darkened eyes too or is it just an elf thing?

It’s like a species-specific form of conjunctivitis. So Worgen are in the clear, no black eyes.

The Night Warrior visage is granted to one of Her chosen. This change the rest of us Nefls experienced isn’t actually explained. So we don’t honestly know. There’s no actual lore for it, just our own interpretations.

I have a feeling that the Worgen curse comes into play with the whole can’t be affected, but it’s just a guess.

Well I suppose ‘those in the vicinity’ affected every single night elf in the darkshore warfront, and across the ocean in boralus too.
But night warrior worgens sound awesome… Though some unexpected consequences probably would have happened, probably even losing the worgen form as the scythe of Elune was needed to pacify the feral state, the raw power would probably cleanse it.

After the ‘lore discussion’ it’s pretty clear all it’s no different than the golden eyes they gave blood elves, except it didn’t come with the complete destruction of their race, lands and lore to acquire. Night Warrior is nothing more than a platitude by these inconsiderate developers. Reject it.

i still haven’t made my new elf. cant pick a class. kinda thinking rogue but ive never madw it past 30s afyer 14 years so :roll_eyes:

They addressed that today, I thought. Any night elf that’s fighting under the influence of Elune (the big scary moon) has the eyes.

It was my understanding I would need to cut out Tyrandes heart and eat it. If I wanted to gain her powers.

Elune has an unheathy attachment to Nelves and isn’t into human mutts, sorry.

You can howl at her all you like, she already has a racefriend.

Unlikely. The non-Night Elf player character was also there and they didn’t get the eyes. It’s probably treatable with some eye drops though.

Elune thinks Gilnean Worgens are bad doggies that don’t deserve Night Warrior eyes, but only deserve a heavenly whack from a celestial newspaper :wink:
