I recently unlocked the night warrior customization for my night elf. Any posts that say how to use it say its a skin color but when I go to check I don’t have a special skin color that changes my eyes or looks like a night warrior. I think this was changed when they updated the barber UI. How do I use the night warrior customization?
I played around with a few of the customizations and I believe those options can be found in the face and eye category. Maybe not the skin category.
The eyes are under Eye Color, number 10, and not tied to the skin color any longer. I believe the skin color it used to be tied to is number 13 though (on female Night Elves, don’t know if males are different numbers).
Oh did they get rid of the night warrior skin color? Rip
I don’t recall there ever being a skin color associated with it.
It was always just the black eyes.
I think prior to 9.0 it was tied to face appearances?
They didn’t, it’s the very silver one. Skin color 13 for both genders.
It was a skin color, but then it got separated into eye color and i think the skin color is still there. Not sure.

It may take some time to show up. When I finally completed Balance of Power it took almost 2 days for my new form skins to show up in the barber shop.
Also try logging out of the game, or closing it completely, and logging back in.
But as others said, the black eyes are an eye color option 
not related to face or skin tone. It’s a separate drop down.

The (Technical) reason why this was like this on the first go before it launched is because the eye texture was part of the body texture, before they gave it a separate texture. That’s why you sometimes see Skin colors with certain eye colors sometimes, like undead elves, eredars and so on.
